2.3 Analytics Cookies
If you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner, our public website loads PostHog and Google Analytics to measure how visitors use it. These tools set their own cookies, such as ph_*_posthog, _ga and _ga_*, which last up to two years. Until you accept, and if you decline, they do not load. They do not run in the clinic dashboard, and they do not record what you type into forms. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again.
3. Local Storage
In addition to cookies, we use your browser's local storage for non-sensitive preferences, such as your theme, selected clinic and calendar view, and to remember your cookie choice. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers. For the length of a visit, session storage also keeps the campaign details (UTM parameters) of the link that brought you to our site.
