Customizing Templates
- Go to Settings → Billing → Invoice Templates
- Edit the template with your clinic details
- Add your logo
- Customize header/footer text
- Set tax rate and currency
Template Variables
- •{{clinicName}} — Your clinic name
- •{{patientName}} — Patient full name
- •{{invoiceNumber}} — Auto-generated number
- •{{date}} — Invoice date
- •{{totalAmount}} — Total with tax
Tips
- •Templates apply to all new invoices
- •Existing invoices keep the template used at creation
- •You can have different templates for different document types
