Go to the Patients section in your clinic dashboard and click "Add Patient". Fill in the patient's name, contact details, and date of birth. You can also import multiple patients at once using a CSV file.

Online booking is available on the Starter plan and above. In Settings → Online Booking, enable the feature and configure your available services and time slots. Patients can then book via your clinic's public page without creating an account.
