Teeth Chart
Visual dental charting for tooth-by-tooth treatment tracking.
Accessing the Chart
Go to patient profile → Treatment Plan → Teeth Chart tab.
Features
- •Full adult (32 teeth) and pediatric (20 teeth) charts
- •Click any tooth to view or add treatments
- •Visual status indicators per tooth
- •Surface-level annotations (mesial, distal, occlusal, buccal, lingual)
Tooth Actions
- •Click a tooth — Opens the Add Treatment dialog with that tooth pre-selected
- •View treatments — See all planned and completed treatments for a tooth
- •Mark conditions — Note existing conditions or restorations
Numbering System
Uses the universal numbering system (1-32 for adults).
