Setup

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications → Automation
  2. Enable Post-Appointment Survey
  3. Set the delay (default: 60 minutes after appointment ends)
  4. Save settings

How It Works

  • •After an appointment ends, the system waits for the configured delay
  • •Sends your Patient Satisfaction Survey template to the patient
  • •Delivery via WhatsApp (primary) or email fallback
  • •Each appointment is tracked — surveys are never sent twice
  • •Only sent for Confirmed and Attended appointments
