Setup
- Go to Settings → Notifications → Automation
- Enable Post-Appointment Survey
- Set the delay (default: 60 minutes after appointment ends)
- Save settings
How It Works
- •After an appointment ends, the system waits for the configured delay
- •Sends your Patient Satisfaction Survey template to the patient
- •Delivery via WhatsApp (primary) or email fallback
- •Each appointment is tracked — surveys are never sent twice
- •Only sent for Confirmed and Attended appointments
