Add patients manually or let them book online.

Adding Patients

There are multiple ways to add patients to your clinic.

Manual Entry

  1. Go to Patients page
  2. Click Add Patient
  3. Fill in the required details (name, phone, email)
  4. Add optional info (ID number, date of birth, address)
  5. Click Save

Online Booking

  1. Share your booking link: smartclinic.biz/book/your-clinic
  2. New patients fill in their details during booking
  3. They're automatically added to your patient list

Data Import

  • •CSV files
  • •Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx)
  • •Optima Israel exports (with Hebrew support)

Patient Intake Forms

Send intake forms to new patients before their first visit. Go to the patient's profile and click Send Form to email them a secure link to complete their medical history, consent forms, and personal details.
