Use tags to categorize and quickly find patients.
Adding Tags
- Open a patient profile
- Click the Tags section
- Select existing tags or create new ones
- Tags are saved automatically
Using Tags for Filtering
- •Use the filter dropdown to select one or more tags
- •Results update instantly
- •Combine with search for precise filtering
Common Tag Ideas
- •Insurance type (e.g., Maccabi, Clalit)
- •Patient status (Active, Inactive, VIP)
- •Treatment needs (Needs Follow-up, Waiting for Lab)
- •Marketing (Referral, Online Booking)
Tips
- •Tags are shared across all staff in the clinic
- •You can edit or delete tags from Settings
- •Tags are useful for campaigns and bulk communications
