Password Requirements
- •Minimum 6 characters
- •Must include: uppercase letter, lowercase letter, and a number
- •Should be unique to Smart Clinic
Account Lockout
- •Account is temporarily locked
- •Admin receives a security alert email
- •Lockout prevents brute-force attacks
Session Management
- •Sessions expire after extended inactivity
- •Warning shown before automatic logout
- •Click "Stay Logged In" to extend your session
Password Reset
- Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
- Enter your email
- Click the reset link in your email
- Create a new password
