Channels
- •WhatsApp — Primary channel (free, instant delivery)
- •Email — Sent as a backup or when WhatsApp isn't available
What's Included in Reminders
- •Appointment date and time
- •Doctor/staff member name
- •Clinic name and location
- •Available in English and Hebrew
Configuration
- Go to Settings → WhatsApp
- Scan the QR code with your clinic phone
- Reminders will start sending automatically
Tips
- •Patients need a phone number to receive WhatsApp reminders
- •Email reminders require a valid email address
- •Reminders work for both manually created and online-booked appointments
