Available Statuses
- •Scheduled — Default status when appointment is created
- •Confirmed — Patient has confirmed attendance
- •Arrived — Patient has arrived at the clinic
- •In Progress — Appointment is currently happening
- •Completed — Visit is finished
- •Cancelled — Appointment was cancelled
- •No Show — Patient didn't attend
Changing Status
Click on any appointment in the calendar, then use the status dropdown to update it. Status changes are logged in the audit trail.
Confirmations
When you send reminders via WhatsApp, patients can confirm their appointment. Confirmed appointments are marked automatically.
Automation
- •Appointments past their end time can be auto-marked as completed
- •Post-visit surveys are sent only for confirmed/attended appointments
- •Financial reports can filter by appointment status
