Setting Up Your Clinic

After creating your account, you'll set up your clinic profile.

Clinic Setup Wizard

  1. Clinic Name — Enter your practice or clinic name
  2. Clinic Slug — This creates your unique URL (e.g., smartclinic.biz/book/your-clinic)
  3. Specialty — Select your clinic type (dental, general, etc.)
  4. Logo & Branding — Upload your clinic logo and select a primary color
  5. Working Hours — Set your standard operating days and hours

Important Settings

  • •Your clinic slug is used for the public booking page URL
  • •Working hours determine when patients can book appointments online
  • •You can change all settings later from Settings → General
