Setting Up Your Clinic
After creating your account, you'll set up your clinic profile.
Clinic Setup Wizard
- Clinic Name — Enter your practice or clinic name
- Clinic Slug — This creates your unique URL (e.g., smartclinic.biz/book/your-clinic)
- Specialty — Select your clinic type (dental, general, etc.)
- Logo & Branding — Upload your clinic logo and select a primary color
- Working Hours — Set your standard operating days and hours
Important Settings
- •Your clinic slug is used for the public booking page URL
- •Working hours determine when patients can book appointments online
- •You can change all settings later from Settings → General

After setup, invite your staff members and configure appointment types to start scheduling.
